The new Room Controller RC/A 4.2 with its optimized and compact design can integrate up to 4 individual plug-in modules which control all relevant functions in a room. The Room Controller communicates as one bus device via the KNX network and enables a fast installation with a flexible commissioning. To cover all room functions a complete range of modules are available and can be used in all Room Controller Solutions from ABB i-bus KNX.

The ABB Room Master is a single device that automates all the climate control, lighting and shading requirements of rooms in hotels, care home or hospitals. It also switches socket outlets and executes further functions which have an impact on comfort, safety and security. Therefore it is the interaction between the functions that creates new opportunities and offers a real benefits for both guests and operators.
The new Room Master solution comes with a pre-configured application program allowing basic functionality ‘out of the box’ and without programming.
